Welcome to Ms. Didi's Caribbean Kitchen! We are a family-owned business that began a humble food truck, bringing the vibrant flavors of Haitian cuisine to Charlotte and the surrounding. Our passion for authentic recipes and cultural heritage led us to establish a brick-and-mortar location, where we continue to serve delicious, home-cooked meals made with love. Our Legacy
​Our journey began with the inspiring legacy of Ms. Didi's mother, Rose. Driven her passion and values, we aim to continue her legacy through Ms. D, alongside her wonderful children, Christina, David,ana, and her supportive husband, Andre.
In August 2019, we took our first step by opening our food truck, and in April 2025, we proudly opened our brick-and-mortar location. Featured on news outlets and even on Guy's Games, we continue to strive in our community by serving we call our "family" with love, honoring Rose's memory by fostering love, resilience, and community in everything we do.
