Co-owners Edith Jean- Francois  and Christina Bowman have taken the Caribbean food industry by storm and they are still just getting started!

Ms Didi's Caribbean kitchen is a “restaurant on wheels” food truck and catering company that brings the Queen City, Authentic Haitian Flavors with Ms Didi's twist! 

The story of Ms DiDi’s creation is about a daughter who loved her mom so much and believed it’s her gift to cook and serve others through an unforgettable experience of Haitian Cuisine.  A dream that was just an idea in 2017, came to fruition in August of 2019 with the opening of Ms DiDi’s Caribbean Food Truck.

Along this journey, Ms DiDi’s has grown a loyal and super supportive following the last three years as well being featured on local and major networks such as WBTV, Fox News, Food Network, etc. plus many article features. In addition, this mother-daughter duo has been a big sensation at large-scale events and festivals.

Today, Ms DiDi’s rotates between rolling the streets of Charlotte and surrounding areas on their food truck and serving Sunday dinners at their commercial Kitchen location. With a menu full of popular Haitian dishes, each entree is named after a city of Haiti to engage and educate the community about their beautiful culture and homeland. Edith and Christina's ultimate goal is to expand their brand and business as they continue to advocate, educate and represent their Haitian community in all that they do.
